Smooth Radiant White Emulsion is a Hundred Percent (100%) White emulsion for painting of internal and external celling, most especially for POP and SCREEDED WALL. It is probably the most important item when doing a painting project. When used it can provide a clean look but this paint is often used as a base coat. If you're painting over colors that may affect your new color it is always a good idea to go over the walls with a white base coat first.
